Height Shift
A downloadable game for Windows
HeightShift is a customizable height-based battle and tournament simulator where competitors fight, gain and lose height, form teams and compete across multiple tournament formats.
Game Modes
HeightShift includes six game modes:
- Randomizer — random groups of competitors fight until only one remains.
- 2v2 — fixed two-player teams compete in tournaments.
- 2v2 Randomized — new balanced two-player teams are generated for each tournament.
- 6v6 — fixed six-player teams compete against each other.
- 6v6 Randomized — new six-player teams are generated for every tournament.
- 1v1 — individual competitors battle through knockout brackets.

Custom Content
HeightShift can be customized using the included CSV files. You can add your own:

Install instructions
Installation
- Download the ZIP file.
- Extract the entire archive to a normal writable folder.
- Keep
HeightShift.exe,HeightShift_Dataand the other included files together. - Run
HeightShift.exe.
Do not run the game directly from inside the ZIP archive.
No internet connection is required to play.

would a play in browser version be possible?
Probably not, at least for now.
I don't really know how to make a browser version, and I don't have enough free time to learn how to do it properly at the moment. (I spent it all to create downloadable version)
Also, one of the main things I wanted Height Shift to have is the ability to bring your own characters and customize the game with your own files, which would be much harder to make work nicely in a browser.
So I definitely wouldn't expect a browser version in the next few months, and honestly I'm not sure if I'll ever make one. For now I'm sticking with the downloadable version :)
